i’ve never played any nintendo game. i make cube games but i do not own a gamecube. i remember we had a mario party game in primary school, but otherwise i never played any nintendo game and do not know any lore. except that mario & luigi kissing would be very incest-y. disclaimer: i have not played Joey Schutz’s 2017 game Winter, 2001: Someone tell Luigi I love him (and as of now i only ever have played a very very small hand full of things on itch.io anyways), and i hope that my thing is not too similar to this or sth. since i haven’t played it, i cannot verify that. (it would be my worst fear to be accused of plagiarism without even knowing the artifact in question. then all the terror of a 21st century limited intertextual muddle would become true, an extremely uncanny reality.) the mariocore game that i have played a couple of years ago tho is JohnLee Cooper’s 2021 game No Sidewalks In The Mushroom Kingdom, it was a bit confusing, but a nice environment to walk around in - but i guess without any knowledge of any mario-lore whatsoever, i probably do not get all the references and stuffs. the super mario franchise seems to be more of a pre gen z thing for older people, idk.

Is Luigi N. Mangione the ultimate gen z himbo? No, definitely not, and he seems smort, but the public definitely over-himbofies him, purely based on normative male body aesthetics.

I’ve seen a snippet of an interview with Peter Thiel looking very unwell and stuttering when asked about Luigi M. If US-Americans would shoot enough CEOs, do u think that those who survive will finally start caring about restricting access to guns? What I find interesting about Luigi is that he is just doing normal guy shenanigans things in all the photos people find of him. Nothing unusual or creepy. Just silly normal gen z guy. Being on Steam, using Goodreads and GitHub, being happy with a McDonald’s Happy Meal (I only once went to McDonald’s in my entire life, and it will probably happen again for artistic purposes). He is as normative attractive & popular as the first guy I've dated - and then turns out those would be the guys who would bully me at school, who have these vibes to them – and: even tho there are approximately 2 mass shootings everyday in the US, he is one of the few shooters getting wide media attention I can remember who isn't explicitly a nazi, but actually has values that the left can connect to (and, as Ben Shapiro apprently now knows, also his fasc audience). It is utterly relatable for a lot of people. Besides from the rich family background, and the plumbing and so on, of course. People also have been speculating whether he is just being framed for the murder in order to hide the incompetence of the police – yep, that’s resonable, and this game here talks entirely about Luigi the fictional video game character :)))

Also: He also seems to have liked right-wing and neoliberal arguments and narratives in the past, he shouldn’t be celebrated as a "leftist icon" → and precisely that seems to be underpinning his broad appeal beyond a binary political spectrum.

this game is actually a sleep deprived idea from 06:46 AM on 11.12.2024. i worked on this game from 13th December – 22nd December + on 28th December 2024.

there were several tutorials helping me out here, for example this one for creating a 3rd person camera (my second time doing that, after the gay xmas point-n-click adventure from 2022 that i will publish in 2025).

also this one for making a submarine in unity.

The AI Voices for Mario, Wario, Luigi and 💅🌸🎀Marküsschen Söder🎀🌸💅 were created using Jammable. Other AI Voices such as for ~Otto von Bismarck~ with TTSMaker. (Bro, Bismarck was wearing a military uniform and a fugging Pickelhaube, no leftist would ever wear this, but still, certain US-Americans seem to think so???)
